Service

Kosovo Trade Intelligence provides analytics, transformation, hosted API access, MCP tooling, and dashboard-ready outputs around public-source trade data.

Accounts And API Keys

You are responsible for keeping API keys private. We may rotate, suspend, or revoke keys to protect the service, enforce plan limits, investigate abuse, or end unpaid access.

Acceptable Use

Do not overload the API, bypass rate limits, resell access without written permission, scrape the service aggressively, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Plans And Payment

Billing is manual at first. Access is granted after payment through an agreed supported method. If a subscription ends, the related API key may be revoked. Taxes, invoices, refunds, and renewal terms should be confirmed in the customer order or invoice.

Public Data Positioning

We do not sell ownership of public records. The paid value is the cleaned, normalized, hosted, and AI-ready tooling layer. See the public data disclaimer for more detail.

Availability

We work to keep the API available, but outages, maintenance, source-data changes, and infrastructure issues can happen. Enterprise uptime commitments require a separate written agreement.
